Following God

Living blamelessly? Is this even possible? No, it isn’t…if we’re talking sinless perfection. No one was or is without sin, except Jesus. So being blameless or walking uprightly must mean something else. To walk uprightly is to follow God with all your heart. It’s your deep desire to walk with Him so closely that your conduct is more and more godly, more and more like Him, more and more Christlike. It’s seeking to be blameless in your heart and in your actions. The very fact that God promises to honor this kind of person means that walking uprightly is possible. –Elizabeth George
